Almond-Crusted Tofu Stuffed with Spinach and Parmesan
This gourmet tofu recipe will surprise you with how easy it is to prepare. Start with pre-pressed and pre-seasoned Twin Oaks Extra Firm Fine Herb Tofu or Italian Herb Tofu and the rest is simple! Vegetarian, Gluten Free
Almost Authentic Tofu Tacos

An intensely good version of a classic soup by one of our most acclaimed chefs here at Twin Oaks Community. Bridget’s version of a Thai Tom Kha soup is super delicious and easy to put together, using Twin Oaks Tofu and cream (or coconut milk for vegans), coconut, cardamom, and coriander. Frida’s Mexican Mason Style Baked Fajita Tofu
Inspired by Frida Kahlo‘s favorite recipes, this Mexican Mason Style Baked Fajita Tofu recipe is a family dish that can be served buffet style. Quick, easy and amazingly delicious! Dial up the heat by serving different chilies on the side. Cook up the baked tofu and serve in one pot, “mason” style, and serve with warm flour or corn tortillas.
