Adding protein-rich Twin Oaks Extra Firm Tofu to a fresh organic green salad makes a delicious dish that will please ominvores, vegans and vegetarians! Spice it up yourself with herbs or use Twin Oaks Tofu Extra Firm Italian Herb or French Herb to get a head start on flavor!

Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
• 1 pound package of Twin Oaks Plain Extra Firm Tofu, cut into 1/2″ cubes (you can also use Twin Oaks Extra Firm Italian Herb Tofu or Twin Oaks Extra Firm Fine Herb Tofu for a more flavorful taste)
• 2 tablespoons vegetable or light extra virgin olive oil (olive oil is a great choice with the herbacious tofu types)
• freshly ground black pepper (white pepper can be used to give a more delicate flavor)
• freshly ground sea salt
• herbs of your choosing (optional)
Directions
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Spread the cut Twin Oaks Tofu cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
• Drizzle with oil. If you want to add herbs, do so now.
• Season with generous amounts of black pepper and sea salt.
• Bake for 50 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Add on top of an organic green salad, or soup, or any tasty dish. Enjoy!!
